I didn’t decide to lose weight in some dramatic way.

It was a random afternoon when I tried on a shirt I used to wear all the time… and it just didn’t sit right anymore. Nothing crazy, just tighter than I remembered.

I checked the scale later that night.
89kg.

I didn’t tell anyone. Didn’t post anything.
I just quietly started changing small things.

Cutting out the extra snacks at night.
Walking a bit more when I normally wouldn’t.
Sometimes failing and pretending I’d “restart next Monday.”

The hardest part wasn’t starting.

It was when nothing happened.

I remember one week in particular, stepping on the scale three mornings in a row and seeing the same number. 88.0, 88.1, 87.9.

That’s usually where I lose motivation.

And honestly, I did slip a few times after that. A weekend here, a lazy stretch there. The kind of setbacks nobody sees but you feel them.

Then one morning, I stepped on again.
83kg.

It wasn’t dramatic. But I remember standing there a bit longer than usual.
Because for the first time, it felt like the quiet effort was actually working.

Months later, I was down around 15kg.

No big reveal. No before-after post.
Just clothes fitting differently and a few people saying “you look different” without knowing why.

That’s the strange part about losing weight.

It’s one of the hardest things to do… and most of it happens quietly.
No record. No timeline. Just you and a number that slowly changes.

That’s why @burnfatdotfun made sense to me.

We put everything onchain; transactions, trades, things that don’t really matter long term.

But something like this?
Showing up, slipping, coming back, and slowly burning those kilograms…

On the Yearly timeframe, BTC has printed a clear Candle Range Theory (CRT) model that traders should not ignore.

🔹 2024 acted as the Bullish Range Candle
This candle defined the macro dealing range for BTC.

🔹 2025 swept the 2024 Candle Range High liquidity,
tapped above the highs, then closed back below — forming a bearish yearly close.

This is a classic CRT liquidity sweep at premium.

📌 According to CRT fundamentals:
After a range high is swept and price fails to accept above it, price is statistically drawn toward the opposing liquidity.

Next major liquidity target:
👉 2024 Candle Range Low = $38,508.7

This does NOT mean price dumps immediately.
