Utter chaos in Iraq. This is Baghdad tonight. So many scenes like this coming in from many parts of the country. There are fears the death toll is far higher than the 31 reported so far.

The constitution in any country allows people to demonstrate against the government if civil and living rights are taken away.
But the Iraqi government denies these rights.
