@LNER You need to change your wording on “amending tickets” as with Advance tickets you can only “amend” three time and date, that not really amending. Changing departure station and arrival also would be “amending” Disappointing for sure.

@AmazonUK So placed an order yesterday for item to be delivered today, paid same way as previous 100+ orders this year. After placing order I never noticed I had to verify the card used,same card as previous orders, so did not receive it today, may not receive it tomorrow….why??
