Inasmuch as @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC @PeterNdegwa_ needs some backlash from past actions, we cannot be comfortable seeing the disruption that will render millions jobless, and mpesa of less impact. The disruption is not only from startlink, its massive.

Safaricom used to major on messaging and calls, WhatsApp took that share hugely & Data became the next avenue, telegram as well. Now this two will eat bigger when it comes to money transfers, reason, its efficient and cheaper, its on blockchain, less investment in it.
