稳定度是根据价格区间、成交量波动、异常涨跌和短期趋势等多个指标综合计算的。

排序说明
页面会按照稳定度排序：
•KOGE 是 1 倍 Alpha 的稳定基线，比它靠前的项目更稳。
•比如现在 ALEO 稳定度好，就选 KOGE 排名靠前的项目去刷。

积分参考
•我选择刷交易量 6.6 万，给 16 分。
•小伙伴没那么多资金，也可以 500 刀入职，只是积分会少一分。
•现在币安有 4 倍积分活动。那个视频里面反像丁单就是你设置的是卖出价，直接设置的是卖出价，六万六的交易量几分钟就可以搞定，注意看k线，减少磨损。

今年完成的任务，仔细想想其实也还行。

体重从 53 公斤涨到了 61 公斤，终于不再是以前那个瘦巴巴的自己了。

虽然离自己想要的状态还有一点距离，但至少比以前好了不少。能把体重慢慢涨上来，对我来说也算是完成了一个小目标。

不吸烟了。

以前也会偶尔抽，但今年算是彻底不碰了。真正不吸之后才发现，其实很多习惯没有想象中那么难改，只是之前没有认真去做。

烟酒这东西，能不碰就尽量不碰吧。年轻的时候可能觉得没什么，时间久了才知道，身体才是自己的。

然后就是开始研究链上，学着撸毛。

虽然到现在还是个笨蛋钱包，很多东西看不懂，很多机会也抓不住。

有时候看别人已经冲完了，我还在研究到底怎么玩，等我搞明白的时候，人家已经开始研究下一个了。

但没关系。

很多东西本来就是从不会到会，慢慢摸索出来的。

至少现在愿意去学，愿意去研究，也开始慢慢形成自己的一套方法。

今年没有什么特别牛逼的成绩，也没有突然实现财富自由。

但体重涨了，不吸烟了，也开始认真学习新的东西。

对我来说，这些其实都算完成了一些小任务。

人还是要一点点变好。

先把自己照顾好，把该学的东西学明白，把该做的事情做好。
