We have found an issue with TRACKING NUMBER allocation for a few NEW tags this week. If you have purchased a tag and find you cannot activate it please contact us for a replacement tag. We will replace all these Immediately.

eBay customers - For sometime messages and emails are taking 24 hours plus to get through and sometimes NOT AT ALL. Its a known issue with eBay (for many sellers) . If you do contact us through eBay and we haven't got back please drop us a message Text, WhatsApp or FB Messenger.

We have temporarily shut our Amazon and eBay stores as we have been working this Saturday & Sunday and orders are still flooding in. We want to clear what we have to ensure they get to customers ON TIME. We will re-open as soon as we have fulfilled those orders we have already.

Last Order date for Christmas this year will be this Sunday. All orders will leave Monday 1st Class Royal Mail. After that you can still order on our WEBSITE but orders will arrive after Christmas.
