@DrFrancesRyan I'm reading the book. There's no ambiguity. @mermhart is very clear her ME/CFS was caused by Lymes disease. She shares the things she discovered that helped her cope with the symptoms her chronic illness causes. It encourages self care & kindness. Read it. It's beautiful.
