A player of mine was concerned they didn't score his innings correctly in PG and it would somehow affect his future. I was like, "babe, 3 innings in one tournament you played in when you were in 8th grade means NOTHING." Just play.
Stop ranking children. Those responsible for rankings, practicing 5x a week, asking for proof videos, giving no weekends off, need to check themselves. Let them be. Let them learn.
At this age I wouldn’t be anywhere near this list. I turned out just fine 👌🏼
