The view on where e-commerce is heading is pretty simple. The cost of acquiring a customer is only going to go up.
The winners 5-10 years from now are whoever has the highest LTV. They'll outbid everyone else for acquisition and own the channel.
That's why our goal has always been to be the best retention partner our merchants have. Meeting the Skio team made it obvious — we can get there a lot faster together.
