The appraised value used to secure business loans is drastically higher than the assessed value used to determine tax base, dramatically lowering the county’s tax revenue and robbing the county of millions.

Palm Beach prop tax is 1.1%? So if the property is actually worth $400M like Trump says , the county and its residents are being robbed of ~$4M in tax revenue. From a guy apparently with tens of billions.

If the county assessor values the property at less than $30M, but it’s actually worth several hundred million, Trump is stealing tons of prop tax revenue from the county.
