@MartinSLewis We live in a property with no gas and have to use electricity for everything so this would increase our already large bill even as a family of 3. Currently pay approx £200 per month before our fix ends in December.

@MartinSLewis If the costs are shifted to the unit rates it will also disproportionately affect those of us in electric only properties who have to rely on electricity for heating. Will they take us into account as well?
