@drkelseileann Yes!!! Try going to a chiropractor. I had the worst cramps/nausea. I couldn’t function for two days that week every month and would have to stay home. After getting adjustments regularly on my pelvis and lower back, I don’t even have cramps anymore with no drugs !!!!
