This is ridiculous. I’m driving around without a DL. The day it was lost I ordered the replacement. I was told it would be mailed 7-10 days after payment. Still waiting!! Called local DMV and they see it paid for but not sent out but b/c its coming from Tallahassee they cant help
I have called @FLHSMV over 22 x to get a live agent to find out why I still haven’t gotten my replacement driver license I paid for 3 weeks ago. All you get is agents are busy and disconnected. When I finally got put in the queue after holding for over 1 hour I was disconnected.
@FLHSMV you can take my money for a DL but you can’t send it? I lost mine and immediately ordered a replacement and it’s been 3 weeks. Meanwhile I’m driving around with no ID. Can’t get through on the phones, no way to track the order and no ability to chat with a live human!

you don’t cancel after school activities and someone gets hurt you will be liable!!!

Do NOT ever buy anything from @lids! After a 25 min hold was give horrible service. I paid extra to have my item arrive no later than 10/15. Was told too bad we can’t ship out another one until 10/17. I paid next day business and it’s been 8 days! How about you now overnight it?

@lids where is my order? You offer live chat and it doesn’t work. 25 minute wait by phone? My order should have arrived 10/10. It’s now 10/14. I paid for expedited shipping!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!

@FedEx you should be ashamed of your customer service representative “Ben Angeles”which I’m sure isn’t his real name. He refused my request to speak to a manger and hung up on me. He flat out lied and said it was not possible to connect me. Called back and new rep got manger!
