2024 has been easily one of the hardest years of my life so far with a really massive loss 3.5 mths ago and has brought on a lot of anxiety in every day life.

I’m really proud of myself for booking my first therapy appt and to start healing slowly.

The loss of Jasper is utterly devastating.

The fires in Jasper are just devastating.

The town has always been a special part of my families life. From ski trips, day trips, cousin trips and because we are bored trips, it was a beautiful escape from the city in just 3 hours.
