@LtDansLegs2020 @Hania16836 TIPS are not taxed, but hourly is. I never said anything about tips being taxed. Not all states pay servers minimum wage either. In texas, servers are paid 2.13/hr. Calis minimum wage is significantly higher than most states due to their high cost of living
