“the Lord says there is nothing you can do to make Him love you more. there is also nothing you can do to make Him love you less. He loves you because He loves you (x5), because that is what He is like, it is His nature to love, and you will always be the beloved.”
been missing my mom HEAVY since i’ve been in guatemala & this is my first time getting on twitter in months. the Lord really tells you things you need to hear right when you need it. thankful for a Father who is so intentional and knows my heart. wow wow wow.
i don’t want you to miss this. the bible talks about Jesus grieving. it says he felt the weight of sadness and he grieved. that tells me one thing. he doesn’t expect me to keep it together. he understands that life can be heavy and i can grieve instead of pretending like i’m okay
there is nothing quite as beautiful as someone coming to you in a valley you once walked through and being able to talk to them about what God taught you in that season of life.
it’s like “ok, God. even if i went through that only to help this one person it was worth it.”
if you tell God you want to be closer to him, don’t be surprised when he answers you and takes away things and people that are hindering you from doing just that.
That relationship you’re in should help strengthen your faith...not weaken it.
Be willing to wait for the one who loves/pursues God as much as you do.
A Christ-centered relationship will always be worth the wait.
i love watching people worship. it will forever be one of the most incredible things to see. when God is moving in hearts all around a room, there’s nothing like it.
