Without exception, all mega-corporation deep space colonies are based on abandoned neo-human settlements. For reasons still shrouded in mystery, neo-humans terraformed many exoplanets as they gradually distanced themselves from the solar system.
Among them, the Crimson Angels, one of the most reputable neo-human alliances with a dramatic history, left behind planets so heavenly they seemed too good to be true when discovered by space explorers.

Why did the neo-humans invest in creating such paradises only to abandon them abruptly? This question haunts historians and explorers alike, especially considering the neo-humans must have known that their arch-enemies, the mega-corporations, would likely be the ones to stumble upon these planets.
Today, these celestial oases, often called "angel nests," are mostly inhabited by settlers under mega-corporation control, while some have fallen into the hands of notorious space pirates.

However, a few of these planets hold a darker legacy. Known as "dread heavens," these places, despite their stunning beauty, are feared because those who venture there never return...
