We need to dismantle the idea that all writers need to write every single day, every single week, every single month, etc. It's not always as simple as keeping a schedule. It's okay if you need to live a while to feel inspired again.
My current process:
rough draft first >> main edits >> start designing >> fine tune content and further develop design simultaneously >> final result
Journaling prompts for you:
• What sensations do I feel in my body right now?
• What am I hiding from?
• A recent change I feel proud I’ve made is...
• Where in my life do I want to channel growth this season?
• Lately, I’ve been feeling curious about..
We need to talk about the difference between giving 100% and giving your best.
There will be days, like today probably, where you're only able to give 70%, or 50%, or 30%. And that's okay.
If you give your best, that's good enough. We are not robots. We are human beings.
plants give so much life and healthy air quality to your bedroom and if you’ve been discouraged from getting plants because your room doesn’t get plenty of sunlight, here are some plants that will grow in a window-less room

There's a lot of "failure is normal" feel-good, positivity talk online, but none of it means jack if people don't also shed some light on:
1) What those failures can actually look like.
2) What it's like to recover from them.
3) How long that process can take.
Entrepreneurs, we've all:
- Made mistakes
- Spent too much time planning
- Worried about being perfect
- Set small goals out of fear
- Tried to go it alone
- Waited too long to launch
We try.
We fail.
We get back up.
It may be messy, tiring & hard, but it's 100% worth it.
Vulnerability hangovers are so real. If you’ve recently opened up or hit publish on something especially personal, it’s OKAY to take some extra time for yourself. Give yourself space, refill your cup. You’ll come back to things when you’re ready.
