@AlishaGrauso As a lifelong runner/person who has started over a lot, most people who start out running try to run too fast. If you’re hating it, slow wayyy down and take walk breaks. Most people don’t keep up with running is that it’s “too hard.” You’ll improve quickly if you take it easy!
