Poll watchers are also prohibited from using their phones.

A very humble presidential candidate Leni is. She fall in line together with other people who are in line to cast their votes. Despite of her position as VP of the republic, she allows her self to mingle with the ordinary people. Ganyan kaming taga UP, sanay pumila. Hehehe.
