I really implore y’all to go to the “What Were You Wearing” exhibit. Bc the way y’all talk about sexual violence you would think this exhibit would be FULL of “ill-modest” clothing. When in reality it’s full of pajamas, sweats and t-shirts, baby clothes, hoodies and jeans.

capitalism depends on people being disconnected from community, it drives people to consume more. the analogy of a neighborhood needing one lawn mower if they share vs. each home needing one if they don’t comes to mind.
why is it hard to believe that loneliness is manufactured?
Believing that people who work full-time should be able to afford housing and food with their paycheck is not radical.
Every job should pay a living wage.
