@TAKEALOT your help desk has been extremely slow and inefficient right now, to the point were they can't help just by the mere fact that too much time has passed between my request and your help desk even responding.
@FNBSA@Rb__sa actually super frustrated with U. 2 wks back u froze my acc bcs I hadn't seen InContact message about some tax# confirmation no email or call. Just a message & NOW you take an auto payment for my credit card despite balance settled on 31st via direct trnsfr.
@imkawebb Dude they must go get meds! I'm not religious (at all) but I'm isn't there something about God helps those who help themselves that could apply.
@CameronPetersSA Things can evolve, change become something different overtime. Understandable most things in South Africa have a bad past but but by using them as roadblocks and detours all the time, definately wont get us to a better social destination anytime soon.
@Eskom_SA Then why if we use under 350 units a month we pay almost dbl ur rate because of all the service fees and vat from the municipality ontop of what should be tax incl. It seems ur all fine with different rates for different areas . Consumer protection act needs to get involved
Hey @Rb__sa riddle me this WHY if I transferred well over the minimum amount due on my credit card before the stipulated "by" date do you still take an auto payment, WHICH happens to be MORE than was even outstanding. Your coms Vs actions aren't aligning and I'm damn annoyed

@ASUS_ROG please you need to allow us to turn off the new resource monitoring on latest Armoury update, I use my machine for editing and illustration and it is f#@king up a whole bunch of other software shortcuts. NOT ALL of your customers ar gamers, it's fricken annoying!
Hey @Rb__sa please supply me with what the actual "Service Fees" entail when buying electricity on FNB app bcs they have literally doubled in the last month for no reason or explanation and I'm looking at contacting consumer protection over this. I am sick if being fleeced

So is it @Eskom_SA or is it @FNBSA who is ripping us off for pre-paid electricity because I'm keeping it all under 350 units a month yet am paying way more than what the price per unit says I should vat included so is it competition commission worthy @Rb__sa
@Rb__sa Yes I will also be contacting municipality however even after I deduct the stated service fee and vat the remaining balance is not buying me the amount of units I should be getting which is supposed to incl vat. Are you aware of this as the reseller, which I pay monthly fee for 2
@City_Ekurhuleni & @FNBSA my household averages under R350 units per month and should be on Block 1, but I just purchased prepaid, even after the vat and new service fess the Rand per Watt is way more than what it should be....why!?! I'm playing by your rules after all
@City_Ekurhuleni & @FNB, I purchase pre-paid once a month, the usage is just under 350 monthly yet after the service fees & vat, my Rands vs wattage purchased is not lining up to the block systems that you guys have stated, I am getting less....WHY?
