Seriously, a fool. Read more? You should probably read more. It’s apparent you have no grasp of the entire basis for 1A. Are the 1A auditors annoying troublemakers fishing for clicks ? Sure! Do the ROUTINELY expose property owners and law enforcement who do not understand the law ? Absolutely! For that reason alone they are serving a worthwhile cause. The simple fact is, if I want to stand in public and record people coming and going I absolutely can and no law designed to prevent me from doing so will ever stand up to constitutional challenge.
