On the morning of May 23, 2024, at 11:35, a customer called us to report that they had received their order (AWB-14710010010581). As this was their second order, immediately noticed something suspicious. And it became clear that our original apparel had been stolen! @delhivery

All these AWBs: 14710010008735, 14710010008643,14710010008945 are stuck with fake remarks from FEs. This is the worst service a customer could ever receive, and it's not just affecting us, but also our reputation. We can't afford to lose customers, and neither can you.@delhivery

@help_delhivery What the hell is going on here? Today, once again, the FE didn't bother to call the customer and updated with the wrong remark. This is ridiculous! Three attempts have been made, and yet the customer himself had to go and fetch the package, and still, he's not getting it!

@delhivery AWB: 14710010007755 This shipment is delayed by 6 freaking days because your incompetent FE didn't bother to call the customer and updated with the wrong remark. We had to bend over backward to convince the customer to come and pick it up themselves.

And now, even after waiting the entire day, it's still 'out for delivery' at freaking 9:54 PM! Two fake attempts have already been made, and the customer, who had to take matters into their own hands, still couldn't get their package because you couldn't provide a proper address!

What the hell is happening, @delhivery started new scam now!! this package was canceled by customer he was out of town we sent 3 t-shirts in return we received some other product. Our package was opened and stolen by delivery guy. AWB-14710010005596
