@Lillie76 @Suzierizzo1 UPS collect COD if the overseas shipper didn’t pay the tariffs. I guess her supplier didn’t pay the tariffs so UPS are making her pay for the import duties before delivery it. It’s not that common tho but I experience it once when my supplier in china didn’t pay import taxes

@Abass193 The father is responsible for his child death. If I was among the police officers I would also have shot at the car because the driver could have drive over those officers and kill them with his car. Police is not at fault here
