Hi @enjoyGLOBE have been attempting to convert my daughter's SIM into an eSIM but after payment processing, Globe One crashes. When I try to do it again, it prompts me to continue my order but asks to pay again. I have now been charged P99 twice.

The Secretary of Finance is Ralph Recto.
He co-authored the 2025 General Appropriations Act.
He endorsed the transfer of PhilHealth’s mandated funds to unprogrammed appropriations—redirected to infrastructure, flood control, and pork-laden projects.

He cannot feign innocence.
He is not a bystander.
He is a principal architect of this betrayal.

PhilHealth requested ₱242.28 billion.
The Executive gave only ₱53.26 billion—barely 22%.
Even the Sin Tax Law’s minimum earmark of ₱67.83 billion was ignored.
This is not budgeting. This is defunding.
This is not reform. This is sabotage.

President Marcos Jr. signed the 2025 GAA into law.
He owns this decision.
He cannot distance himself from the consequences.
The floods, the leptospirosis, the broken hospitals—these are not natural disasters.
They are budgetary choices.

To the economic managers:
You have bastardized the budget.
You have weaponized public finance against the poor.
You have turned health into collateral damage.

We demand:

• A full audit of the 2025 and 2026 budgets
• A Supreme Court ruling on the constitutionality of the PhilHealth defunding
• Accountability from DBM, DOF, and the Office of the President
• Restoration of health funding as mandated by law

This is not about politics.
This is about survival.
This is about the soul of public service.

We will not forget.
We will not be silenced.
We will not stop.
