Going out out these days means going out at 5.30pm for a bite to eat, a couple of drinks then home by 9pm, PJs/cuppa/Netflix! Then getting up 7am next morning for a jog. I've changed!

In my day job I work with neurodivergent kids and I have only just realised that there are other ways to deal with my own kids noise at home. Arguing is triggering, especially after work where I have to be a calm, safe person. When I can, I escape to the allotment, my safe place.
