I go to ATT store in Pleasanton to upgrade one phone. Salesman convinces me that I can upgrade 2 phones for the price of one, add a fifth line, increase internet speed and guarantees a lower bill
@ATT#Nightmare Went to AT&T store to upgrade one cell phone, was told if I upgrade 2 phones I get the second one free and if I switch plans my bill is lower. I left with 2 upgrades, an additional line, got home to no internet for 4 days, and my bill is $330 higher!!
