@247gonefishing @ActionNetworkHQ Clock. Game clock should have started on the snap rather than the ready for play since the previous play was an incomplete pass
@PFF_Steve @PFF_Moo By rule, the challenge is deemed successful if the spot is change and results in the line to gain being achieved (i.e. 1st down/TD).
@PFF_Sam I know it's been mentioned that certain plays have broken the grading system (beast run)... That throw has to break it in the other direction (-3.0 minimum).
@PFF_Sam @PFF_Eric @statsowar @PFF_Steve Correct me if I'm wrong... I remember on a podcast years ago that it was mentioned that plays could earn even higher than a +2... The example given was the beast mode run
@footballzebras Saw your reply to a previous tweet addressing this. Figured as much. Twitter is probably not the best medium to detail all aspects of a rule. Much appreciate the education you give to the public (I say this as a basketball referee)
@footballzebras Just nitpicking...thought BLI didn't require forcible contact to head/neck of opponent...rather forcible contact w/head/shoulder/forearm to opponent (w/other elements met)...regardless of where contact occurs (above waist) (A.R. 12.44)
@Jason_OTC@geoffschwartz @PFF_Eric ARTICLE 2. 10-SECOND RUNOFF. When a changed ruling results in a running clock for plays that begin after the two-minute warning, the clock is reset to the time when the play should have ended, and the clock will run for 10 seconds from the reset time.
