The Harms Of Ibuprofen & All NSAIDs Reside In Its Mode Of Action That Inhibits COX Enzymes:

Harmful To The Kidneys...COX Enzymes blocked by taking NSAIDs, causes acute renal damage by reducing Prostaglandin production which reduces blood flow to the kidneys. This leads to acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), edema, hypertension, hyperkalemia & nephrotic syndrome.

Harmful To The Stomach...On a systemic level, NSAID use compromises the gut barrier by reducing protective mucosal prostaglandins, increasing intestinal permeability & triggering inflammation. NSAIDs eliminate the delicate endothelial barrier, resulting in ulcers, 'leaky gut' & IBD inflammatory bowel diseases.

Harmful To The Heart...The US FDA has a "black box" warning on NSAIDs since 2015 to alert consumers to the increased risk of heart attack & stroke. NSAIDs damage cardiac cells by attacking mitochondria (which reduces energy production), increasing cell stress & causing a toxic buildup of proteins.

Harmful To Bones...NSAIDs disrupt osteoblast & osteoclast function, weakening bone healing & regeneration. This prevents fractured bone from healing fully & results in bone pain & increased risk for future fractures.

Harmful To Tendons & Joints...NSAIDs block COX Enzymes which are responsible for collagen production, which is a critical component for joint, ligament & tendon repair.

Safe Alternatives To NSAID Pain Relievers:
Use natural remedies for fever & pain that have been implemented for centuries. Soaking in a tepid temperature bath & washcloths with a little rubbing alcohol will break a fever. Herbs like arnica & turmeric will bring pain relief without any side effects or internal organ damage.

Pierre losing his seat made absolutely no sense. So I dug into things a bit further. What I didn’t know, was that his riding expanded into heavy Liberal territory. Exactly why Carney chose his riding right beside Pierre’s, instead of Edmonton where he announced his leadership bid and where he grew up.

Once you factor in immigration into all these metro areas, the whole thing is mind blowing.

I’m rarely surprised, but as I was researching more, I was shocked by this too.

I truly believe we are moving towards a one-party state, where Liberals are importing voters. Which partially could explain the fast track system to citizenship & why they won’t stop birth tourism or any of the loopholes that exist today.
