@HM_Passport to anyone that is desperate to get passport I went to the Durham office had 2 days b4 we was due to go on hols but thanks to the lovely people I was seen with out an appointment takes hours of waiting but now have it thanks again Durham staff

@HM_Passport omg 13 weeks of waiting for my passport only found out it is at Durham 5 days before i travel was told yesterday it wont arrive in time and now have to cancel the holiday absolute joke

@HM_Passport so just been watching the committee meeting regarding passport delays what a joke not one of those things that is supposed to help us resolve my 12 week waiting time work need mine b4 27th july for holiday also to renew my driving license

Well that a problem been waiting 12 weeks the phone number ypu tell us to ring gets us nowhere what are we supposed to do
