Nine months not smoking weed after being a daily smoker for 7 years. I don't think I'm more productive. I think that takes larger habit shifts. I know stoners that are more productive than me. Memory, verbal, and writing ability was back in 3 months. The biggest difference I notice is I'm less emotional/in my own head. Weed made me too sensitive to everything, especially that floaty transcendant numinous feeling. I don't think its good to spend every night chasing that, much better to get there a few times a year naturally.
Biggest question I have right now is, is this where the future of work is going? And is engineering the first frontier of this? Does this happen across other industries the same? If not why not?
Speaking to my engineering friends, its interesting to see all they do now is direct agents. None of them code themselves, they hand pretty much everything off to agents to do their work. 4, 5 even more agents at a time all harnessed together to complete and execute tasks
