If you want to know what a pre-9/11 world was like, there was a Full House episode where Stephanie and Michelle are in the airport picking up DJ and they accidentally end up on a flight to New Zealand. And that was a believable plot point.

Justice Alito accepted tens of thousands of dollars in lavish vacation gifts from a billionaire who lobbied to cancel the student loan forgiveness.

After the gifts, Alito voted to overturn. This SCOTUS’ corruption undercuts its own legitimacy by putting its rulings up for sale.

highlight of today: asking a kid “isn’t that true?” as he entered the room and him saying “yeah” with his full chest knowing he doesn’t have a clue what i was talking about!

The Equal Rights Amendment was introduced 100 years ago.

It shouldn’t take 100 years to enshrine gender equality in our Constitution. #ERANOW

Anyone who had the pleasure of watching Richard Belzer portray Det. John Munch will never forget how much he inhabited that beloved character to make it his own. Our condolences go out to his loved ones as we join them in mourning his loss, but also in celebrating his memory.

“Why do men have to pay for everything?” Because our grandmothers legally couldn’t open a bank account so they probably told our moms to rely on men for money and our moms probably told their daughter the same thing. You’re mad at patriarchy, not women.

I literally told them the notes on the board were the exam content. I told them to write them down. It's an open-note exam and they're STILL failing.

[teacher gabs 🌼 @alltimealyxx]

some of my kids don’t pay attention or act like they are paying attention when they aren’t in class. should i let them use written notes only on a test to reward those who are doing what they are supposed to?
