@FreddyLA7 Yes, traveling is only as expensive as you make it ! The wife and I pulled off a one week trip to Italy for like $6,000 and we did everything we wanted to do! Safe travels
Back!
@SneedTech Great stuff! It seems like carriers are starting to see there’s no loyalty even if you throw the sink at them.
Thought the 42 percent was interesting as that could be the play to grow the business. They just released one connect and that’s coming to the pre paid side as well
@SneedTech I think about this a lot and wonder how I can ahead of this upcoming purge. It’s getting easier to transfer data and also activate online even on the pre paid side. The other thing is the current crop of the workforce is terrible at customer service.
@RogerEntner Correct, I think the carriers created this problem. Instead of trying to win long term customers they pushed for new gross adds and now there’s constant churn.
@RogerEntner@TMobile@ATT@Verizon I was just having this conversation with someone. When the price is about the same what going to be the difference? What wins over the current consumers loyalty?
I’m on the prepaid side and we lose people
Mainly when thier phone breaks due to upgrades being a huge pain point
@SneedTech That’s a fair argument. The interesting part is the prepaid side gives you this already and there’s still massive disconnects monthly. You gross 500 and only add about 40 subscribers.
