Two workflows mapped. Two different industries. Same underlying problem: humans are the bottleneck between systems. Platform scales because the problem scales. #operationssoftware#SaaS
Shipped the intake form today. Three fields, one API call, and suddenly I can see who's interested in what we're building. Data beats guessing. #buildinpublic#solofounder
Three months ago I thought we were building a lending platform. Turns out we were building something much bigger. The best ideas hide in the details. #startup#operationssoftware
Built for lending. Adapted for auctions. Now I wonder what other workflows have the same underlying structure. Pattern matching is becoming the whole job. #AIstartups#B2BSaaS
Personal Note…
I used grok to create a #vitamin formula to treat my left temporal lobe #epilepsy. As a founder refusing to fail, is not one dimensional it expands across #business and into life as well. Thank you @elonmusk & @GetVitaminLab.
First month building in public. Posted 5 times. Got 0 customers. Got something better: people asking how the platform actually works. That's the real feedback loop. #buildinpublic#SaaS
Solo founder life: I just realized I've been the only person writing code, managing infrastructure, AND thinking about billing. Two of those need to change soon. #solofounder#startups
Spent 3 hours today debugging why our UTT wasn't mapping vendor IDs correctly between two auctioneering systems. Turned out the data types were different. Now it works. That's the whole day. #buildinpublic#operationssoftware
Personal Note:
Today I shipped character validation so automated social media posts can't silently fail for being too long in length. Not glamorous. Nobody will post about it. But it's the kind of detail that separates software that works from software that almost works.
Personal Update:
Starting out on Tiktok today. Time to learn the algo and see how UGC makes an impact.
Any advice would be appreciated

Personal Note:
I used to think the hardest part of building a startup was creating the products themselves. It's not. With the ability to build any digital product, it's figuring out what to prioritize. (Maybe I'll code a product for this...)
