it’s absolutely disgusting on Duckett Street & my flat is directly above piles of rubbish bags, a stench so bad I cant open windows. When will it be sorted? Public health risk

@VitalEnergi so I’ve a massive leak from my HIU. I called & was told someone would contact me & be here in 4hrs. That was 6hrs ago. What am I meant to do all wkend? Spent 3+hrs on hold. @LQcontactus@LQHomesMatter

@LQcontactus Yeah still not had a response. Asked for invoices 1st Sept. Now nearly Dec. Legally you have 30 days to provide what’s requested so I guess you have broken the law. What is the penalty? Do I get my additional charges removed due to your incompetence? I should hope so
