Our friends from Westgate Community School stopped by today as part of their annual Kindness Tour, bringing with them some wonderful handmade Valentines. These talented 7th and 8th graders had the opportunity to go behind the scenes at the police department, where they learned about dispatch, animal control, crime scene investigations, detectives, and patrol officers. They even had fun exploring a police car! Thank you, Westgate, for the thoughtful cards — your kindness is truly appreciated.
