In the Gnostic texts they called this energy loosh. In modern terms, it is the emotional broadcast your system generates when it's running corrupted code. And to the interference layer, it is fuel.

Every system of control on this planet — political, financial, cultural, religious — is architecturally designed to generate loosh.

Not as a side effect.

The news cycle doesn't exist to inform you. It exists to keep you in a low-frequency loop. Outrage. Fear. Helplessness. Repeat.

Social media isn't designed to connect you. It's designed to trigger comparison, inadequacy, and dopamine addiction — all of which generate loosh.

The entire control grid is an energy harvesting operation.

Here's where most people make the critical error.

They learn the game.
They see the playbook.
And their first instinct is to fight it.

Rage against the system.
Expose the corruption.
Go to war with the matrix.

But rage is loosh.
Righteous indignation is loosh.

Even fear of the control layer — fear of the archons, fear of the game itself — all loosh.

The interference layer doesn't care whether you're asleep or awake. It doesn't care if you've named every play in the book. It only cares whether you're still generating fuel.

An awakened person running on rage is more valuable to the interference layer than a sleeping person running on mild anxiety. Because the signal is stronger. The frequency is denser. The broadcast is louder.

This is why so many people who "wake up" end up more miserable, more angry, more paranoid than when they were asleep. They saw the game — but they didn't learn the counter-move.

They became aware without becoming alchemical.

The remedy is not to fight.
The remedy is not to suppress.

Naming. You identify the frequency without identifying WITH it. "Fear is present" — not "I am afraid." This is the distinction between observing a program and being run by one.

Breathing. Conscious breath disrupts the program's execution cycle. It breaks the loop between stimulus and automated response. This is not meditation. This is system interruption.

Transmutation. You hold the energy — not the story, the raw energy underneath it — and you consciously redirect it.

Fear becomes alertness.
Rage becomes clarity.
Grief becomes depth.
Shame becomes humility without self-destruction.

You don't destroy the energy.
