@laynemorgan I signed a lease on a 1BR in Los Feliz in August 2021. It was $2150. I moved out one year later. Same unit is available right now for $3k. That’s an $850 increase in just 2 years on an apt with no AC, barely working electricity, AND I had to buy a fridge when I moved in!
