2/2 - we’ve spent over 11 hours on calls to you last week and your agents @ramp and the issue is still not fixed. We get promised calls back all the time and no one calls. You sold us a faulty and dangerous car. Is this the service you claim to offer?

1/2 Our car we bought from you in February has broken down with an overheating engine with our newborn baby inside the car and you STILL haven’t sorted it or a courtesy car (which apparently you don’t offer even in extended warranty) 8 days later. We have no transport

@ClearScore my account was hacked and fraudsters have taken out loans using my clearscore account. Has there been a data breach??? Your email service keep sending me stock answers which don’t help or deal with this seriously enough
