.@MBTA the redline should be free until you can go 24 hours without a service interruption. Absolutely insane day after day making people pay for this.
Currently moving 2ft at a time between Broadway and Andrew after the rush hour delay was “cleared”. It’s unacceptable.
@MBTA is there a link to the project plans for addressing the slow zones on the Red Line between south station and JFK? All I could find is closing for the bridge removal. Why not use that time to kill 2 birds?
Signed, everyone who travels south on the RL
@Uber why are your drivers allowed to cancel after they’ve accepted my ride and I’ve waited for them to almost reach my destination? It’s a new trend and it’s frustrating
@MBTA what is happening on the RL lately? This is the 2nd evening train I’ve taken where people have been taking over the announcement system. Before that, we had to back up and stand by at Savin hill and then our car’s lights went off at fields corner. Now stopped at shawmut
@mbta can we please not set the heat to 80 on the T cars? It’s already torture enough to ride SS to Ashmont, would rather not be forced to sweat in the process.
@Uber how do you now allow your drivers to cancel after they accept rides? I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to wait for over 30min for drivers after being cancelled multiple times. Never used to be this way
@MBTA how are there no redline updates on Twitter? Been sitting at ashmont for 30min. No train in sight. All we ask is for accurate guidance on your signs. It has said 15-19min the entire time.
@MBTA when will you have the red line and Mat. trolleys coordinating? Every time I get to ashmont I have to sprint and hope that the train waits for us. Feels like a major lack of communication. Made worse by the fact that you don’t stick to departure schedules. BRB while I Uber
Just another day on the redline with @MBTA. First they send a training trolley through in the middle of rush hour, don’t let anyone on it. The next one comes & arrives to ashmont at 820 but don’t worry, they had the redline leave early. Why are training runs happening @ rush hour
@MBTA please release a time schedule for Alewife trains from start of service thru 10am daily. Standing at ashmont with at least 75 other people looking at a 20+min guidance for the last 5min. People need to get to their jobs and we can’t rely on you to get us there
@MBTA your Ashmont train is planned to depart at 8:21 which gives just enough time for the ~8:05 trolley riders to run and catch it. Today it left as we got off the trolley at 8:19. Can you at least commit to a schd so we can make better decisions that don’t make us sit for 20min
@MBTA why are there no updates on the red line services tonight when there are very clearly delays? Been waiting 20min for a train that was supposed to be 9min away when I first arrived and it’s still 5 minutes out…
@MBTA I just don’t get the point of lying. When you have 25+ min waits at rush hour, every train’s going to be packed from the start. Let people make better decisions before paying you money to find out they have to wait that long standing on filthy platforms.
@MBTA the absolute least you could do for redline riders is allow more than 30 seconds for us to get on your delayed trains at ashmont. 30 people running from trolley & doors were closed on our faces. Let’s not pretend you have an actual schedule to follow. Now I’ll wait 17 min..
