@Kazzywrites@BootsUK Both are refusing to look further into it, but I'm trying to find out where it could have been delivered. So upsetting, never shopping at boots again. Terrible customer service basically telling me I'm lying.
How is this acceptable customer service? I spent my boots points on products, royal mail say they delivered it but it certainly wasn't delivered to me and now I'm told I can't get replacement products or a refund and there is nothing more you can do @BootsUK ?!!
@BootsUK I spent all my boots points that I'd saved for ages on a hairdryer and straighteners. @RoyalMail have said they have delivered it but I haven't received them! Boots customer service are saying there is nothing they can do. Fuming!
