I tracked down the contract between Lumen8 and Qatar so you can see for yourself how these influence campaigns go down on behalf of Islamic governments at the expense of MAGA. This is from FARA.

The contact between Lumen8 and Qatar was signed by Rebecca Diaz Bonilla and Qatar.

Who is she? They list Tucker Carlson as their Direct Contact on their FARA forms.

The FARA form literally says the foreign principal is “the Embassy of the State of Qatar” and the Contact says “Tucker Carlson”.

The contract says,

“This letter agreement ("Agreement") confirms that the International Media Office of the State of Qatar ("IMO" or the "Client" wishes to engage Rebecca Diaz-Bonilla and Lumen8 Advisors, LLC, including consultants subcontracted by Lumen8 Advisors, (the "Consultant"), to provide media and communication coaching and consulting services ("Services") to agreed targets and spokespersons for the Client.”

It literally lists the media hosts as “targets and Spokespersons”. This is paid propaganda by a foreign country.

What is Tucker Carlson’s relationship with Lumen8?

Tucker Carlson traveled to Qatar to interview Qatar’s Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani earlier this year to discuss the “War with Iran”.

Who paid for the trip? Does Tucker have personal financial receipts that prove the trip wasn’t paid for by Qatar? Did he fly on Qatar airlines? The contract with Lumen8 demands that the consultant not work with any other Middle Eastern of African country and demands they only fly on Qatar airlines in first class.

Is that how Tucker traveled? Who paid for it?

Rebecca Diaz Bonilla signed it with Thamer Al Thani of the International Media Office of the State of Qatar.

It’s a 3 year contract that was signed in May of 2023 and it’s for $180,000 per month. It requires the consultant to travel to the locations of all the media interviews.

What type of consultant would ask Tucker Carlson to do an interview with the Prime Minister of Qatar and not pay for expenses or pay a fee?

We all know how this works.

The contract with Lumen8 says they have to be on site for the interviews and send in all expenses to Qatar.

You’re telling me that Tucker Carlson paid out of his own pocket for himself and his staff and crew to travel to Qatar first class for an interview with the Prime Minister of Qatar?

Prove it. Post all of the receipts from the trip. Let’s see who paid for it. @TuckerCarlson

Read the contract and see for yourself. Next time they should use a real person’s name instead of hiding behind an “Inactive LLC” out of Virginia.
