@TMIrelandHelp is anyone having issues accessing tickets? I'm clicking on my events and it just says we can't load your tickets right now. The website is very busy at the moment and my account is taking longer to load. Been trying all afternoon to add tickets to my wallet

@boddy_mdb @SkyHelpTeam Same issues in belfast, thought it was just my mini box at the start. Tried a reboot and it wouldn't connect, then tried to reactivate and it says it can't find the main box. Main box wasn't responding to the remote. Hopefully fixed soon. Acknowledgement fromsky would be great

@TMIrelandHelp fix the app. Tried for snow patrol tickets, app n waiting room, app went funny then into get tix, sorry cant complete, error code 00007, tried again, same thing. Onto the website, 1849 in the queue. What's the point of the app when it doesn't work
