3) The story, “The Unplayable Études,” reminded me a lot about the movie “Whiplash,” about a very devoted drummer, just like the piano player in the story. How do you make the piano playing feel so aggressive and real? #ENGL461 #KState

2) In the story, “Retrograde Mountain Time,” the natural disaster that occurred was an earthquake. Did you test out other natural disasters such as tornadoes, hurricanes, wildfires, etc.? Why did you chose earthquakes as the disaster?
