@TPExpressTrains The truth is you have sold first class tickets knowing very well you wouldn’t have any service on the trains. I would be curious to know what transpennine trains do have first class tickets sold with no food or drink service being provided in first class or even economy

@TPExpressTrains If you aren’t going to have tea, coffee or food on an over three hour journey it should be your job to inform travellers of that before we purchase your “first class” service. Your policy of only guaranteeing a good seat for the amount you charge is awful

@TPExpressTrains Sure but we all made our train on time to get to where we needed to go. And there has been no flooding issues on this route today so far from Glasgow to Preston so I don’t see how this would affect an employee getting on the train at the start point of Glasgow.

@AvantiWestCoast can you please remind ppl on the 12:15pm train from Manchester to London that carriage A is a quiet coach. Every time I book in A ppl still talk at full volume and use their phones… this is supposed to be a quiet coach and yet no one is ever quiet :/
