@pat_gdretail Plus they’re located next to some actual retailers eg Tesco Express, Coop. Why would a customer go to Amazon Fresh when next door is doing it so much better?

@pat_gdretail The issue isn’t the technology, it’s that Amazon isn’t a retailer. Went to the Chingford store on Saturday. I was the only customer. Poor ranging, out of stocks, confusing offer eg Morrisons own label. It’s been the same in every AF I’ve visited
