During the past two months, the following war crimes were committed by Hamas:

1. Thousands of Hamas terrorists purposefully entered civilians’ homes and injured, tortured, raped, mutilated, and murdered thousands of innocent Israelis.

2. 10,000 unguided missiles were purposefully fired on densely populated Israeli cities - this violates, among other principles, that of proportionality, which requires the potential loss of civilian life to be proportionate to the military advantage of an attack. Hamas fires exclusively on civilians, hence there is no military advantage.

3. Hamas kidnapped 240 Israelis.

4. Undeniable evidence prove that Hamas uses Gaza’s hospitals as terror sites, thus stripping the hospitals of their protected status.

5. Undeniable evidence prove that Hamas is firing missiles and is operating from civilian areas in Gaza.

6. Many testimonies of Israeli children and elderly who were held hostage indicate they were subject to starvation, physical and psychological torture.

Every item on this list is a war crime.
Furthermore, Hamas’s actions, particularly those involving Israeli civilians during the #October7masscre, constitute a genocide as they clearly indicate an “intent to destroy, in whole or in part” a national group.*
