@thefaeriesden I’ve been medicated with anti-depressants & anti-anxiety meds for going on 8 years now for my PTSD and OH MY GOD THE GLOW UP I HAVE HAD NOW THAT MY BRAIN IS NOT MEAN TO ME ANYMORE

It does take a while to find the right dose/combo but it is so worth it to try
