Can someone find out when/if ever I am going to get the pool vacuum I ordered. Bought it on Aug 5. Tracking shows it bouncing back and forth from Ohio to New Jersey. If not I will request a refund.

@PrimoWater , I cxl’d my account over a year ago & am still getting invoiced. I call and am told someone will reach out and I get nothing. Then I repeat the process when I get a new invoice. Please help me to understand how I can resolve this.
